I had a nice evening of drinks with some friends today in this lovely pub what a team you have! I'm in love with this place❤️
The only thing that was a bit out of place was one lady (big lady, with glasses and blonde) that was being rude to her own team and with angry appearance all the time, it's so unprofessional to take advantage of your power when you are just a manager in a pub thinking you better than anyone there, we literally heard her being super rude to staff, that actually breaks the vibe of everyone around. Hope you find a better job that makes you happy.
For the rest of you I will come back for another pint very soon!! 🙏🏾

I visited this pub to have an after work drink with a friend. During my visit my backpack was stollen from right next to my chair. Upon speaking to staff and management it proved impossible to access CCTV footage. The manager confirmed to me via email that he had the thief on camera but refused to provide access to the same footage so I could take it to the police.
It quickly got clear to me that the security measures in place are for the owners own security and not for the costumers. Also led me to believe thieves operate regularly at this venue as the management clearly protects them.
Would not recommend unless you want to be mugged.

Surprisingly decent beer selection, but I was charged £3.45 for a small orange juice from a carton - outrageous behaviour. 'Historic pub' vibe with a lot of old naval decor but in a modern building. The pub smelled a lot of fish, but I guess that fits with the theme. An odd place.

Lovely pub. Food was very tasty but over priced for the roast we were served. It was absolutely rammed (BAFTAs being filmed down the road) and so service was quite slow. Would change clotted cream to ice cream on my pudding without charging.

Excellent food and service. The Sunday roast is really good quality- best I’ve had anywhere as long as I can remember. Staff all so helpful and hardworking. Lovely pub.

Nice little bar, tucked away a bit so wasn't overly busy. Kids allowed until 8pm. Service wasn't amazing, but overall a decent experience and I would go again.

Looks the part however, it’s a very loud pub especially when we visited on Saturday lunchtime. It was unbelievably loud and also and unfortunately, understaffed.
Fish n Chips was (appeared to be) cooked in old oil and chunky batter - not appetising at all. Shame as the dish i always go for is Fish n Chips.
The pasta dish I opted for was also the smallest portion I’d ever seen (tasted good enough) however, the portion size for £17.50 + service charge is just not fair or just.
The staff were trying their best but there just simply not enough of them to deal with the amount of patrons there this particular day.

Great pub a stone's throw from the River Thames, on the Southbank. Very close to The National Theatre and a shortish walk to the Tate.
Friendly, smiley staff, great atmosphere, tasty food and a perfect pint.

Мы изначально зашли в этот паб в субботу днем просто выпить, но атмосфера оказалась настолько уютной, что решили остаться и поужинать — и ни капли не пожалели!
С самого начала обслуживание было просто потрясающим. Персонал внимательный, дружелюбный и отлично разбирается в меню и предлагаемых блюдах. Особенно нас поразило, с какой гордостью они рассказывали о своей кухне: все ингредиенты местного британского происхождения и никогда не замораживаются. Это вызвало огромное доверие и предвкушение от еды, которую мы собирались попробовать.
Само меню продумано до мелочей, с широким выбором блюд на любой вкус. Мы заказали рыбу с картофелем фри и сосиски с пюре — оба блюда оказались просто великолепными. Рыба была идеально приготовлена, с хрустящей золотистой корочкой, совсем не жирной, а картофель фри — нежным внутри и отлично приправленным. Сосиски с пюре тоже были на высшем уровне: ароматные, с насыщенным вкусом, а кремовое картофельное пюре прекрасно сочеталось с густой луковой подливой. Видно, что каждое блюдо готовят с вниманием и любовью.
На десерт мы решили побаловать себя парой эспрессо-мартини, и это стало идеальным завершением ужина. Коктейли были изумительные: гладкие, насыщенные и прекрасно сбалансированные — настоящий восторг.
В целом, этот паб — отличное место как для тех, кто зашел выпить, так и для полноценного ужина. Высокое качество местных продуктов, превосходное обслуживание и уютная атмосфера делают его местом, куда хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Настоятельно рекомендуем!

Nous y sommes allés juste pour prendre un café, on a vraiment eu l'impression de les déranger. Ils nous ont mis mal à l'aise, d'autant plus qu'on ne maîtrise pas très bien l'anglais. Très mauvais moment, dommage car le cadre est sympa.
